Farm Fresh Direct was formed in 1999 by a group of third- and fourth-generation potato growers who realized that to compete in the changing marketplace they had to focus their combined efforts to succeed. In its short history Farm Fresh has grown to become the largest grower/shipper in Colorado and one of the largest organic and fingerling growers in the United States, and now has expanded their base outside of Colorado to better serve retailers. Helping fuel the success has been new product innovation; expanded product and variety offerings; and a strong commitment to customer service, food safety and sustainability.

Wada Farms and Wada Farms Marketing Group — Idaho Falls, Idaho

With a history dating back to 1943, Wada Farms has established a position of industry leadership and become one of the largest growers/shippers in Idaho. Wada Farms operates six diversified farming operations in three counties, farming in excess of 30,000 acres and producing over a billion potatoes annually. Partner growers in other parts of the country also help ensure supply and total variety offerings. Wada operates a 140,000-square-foot fresh packing operation in Pingree, Idaho, one of the largest and most modern in the United States. Wada Farms Marketing Group holds the exclusive marketing agreement for Dole potatoes, onions and sweet potatoes—and has for 15 years—supporting Wada’s commitment to quality, food safety and sustainability.
